      In order for the Viber button can lead to a public account or a bot, you need to change filter of the input field from “Phone” to “Bot” and enter the URI of the public account.

      A link to a community or a group, on your mssg.me page, can only be added as a link to a website.


      Facebook Messenger

      1. Login to Google Analytics using the following link

      If you do not yet have your own domain that you would like to use for the mssg.me page, then you must first register it with one of the domain name registrars.

      You only need a domain, hosting is not needed.

      Note:

      • Cyrillic domains cannot be connected
      • Since the domain is connected through a CNAME record, it is recommended that you connect the domain with any subdomain. For example, if you have a mysite.com domain, you can use www.mysite.com or page.mysite.com subdomains to connect to mssg.me, or by specifying any other subdomain that suits you.
      • Also, if you already have a domain on which your main site is currently located, then you can also use an any subdomain, for example, mssg.mysite.com In this case, your site remains on the domain mysite.com, and the page mssg.me is located on the subdomain mssg.mysite.com
      • Connecting own domain is available at all paid tariffs.

      How to connect:

      1. Log in your personal profile
      2. Open the “Settings” section
      3. Open the “Page URL” section
      4. Click the “Connect” in the “Domain” field
      5. Enter the domain which you want to connect, for example, www.example.com
      6. Click the “Save” button
      7. On the side of your domain registrar, create or change a CNAME record for the connecting domain, enter the “Subdomain” to connect, and enter the value – page.mssg.me. (with a dot at the end) as the “Canonical name”
      8. Within 4-24 hours the domain should connect, and about a day (usually faster) is required to automatically assign an SSL certificate
      9. Use the connected domain as a link to your mssg.me page
    • How can I cancel my subscription and switch on FREE account?

      1. Sign in your personal profile
      2. Click on the button with three horizontal lines located in the upper left corner (skip this step if you entered your personal account from a computer)
      3. Open the “Settings” section with the gear icon
      4. Open the “Billing” section
      5. Click on the “Cancel subscription” button
      6. As soon as the paid subscription will be expired (this is displayed in the “Status” field), the account will be automatically switched on a free version, the paid plan functionality will be disabled and you will be not charged for mssg.me service

      Note:

      • if the current subscription status is “Expired”, then when you click on the on the “Cancel Subscription” button, your account will be switched to the free version right now and you will be not charged for mssg.me service;
      • if for any reason you are unable to cancel your subscription yourself, please write to our support service;
      • if you simply stop using the service or delete the application from your device, the subscription will not be canceled, to cancel the subscription you need to follow the steps described above.
    • Should I pay one-time or monthly?

      Payment is made on a monthly or annual basis. If you subscribed to any paid plan that is available for subscription now or was available earlier, and entered the payment details of your card, every month the system will automatically charge the amount equal to the cost of the selected paid plan from your card. The amount that will be charge from the card for the selected tariff plan can be viewed on the tariff plans page, as well as in your personal account. Subscription charges are made until the subscription on the account is canceled.

      You can cancel subscription at any time in your mssg.me personal account. After cancel subscription, as soon as the paid subscription will be expired, the account will be automatically switched on a free version, the paid plan functionality will be disabled and you will be not charged for mssg.me service

      Below is an example of how a subscription is paid in our service and what happens when a subscription is canceled:

      For example, on the 7th of April you subscribed to the monthly PRO plan for 10USD, on that day the system charge the amount of 10USD from your card and provided access to the plan functionality until May 7th. On May 7, the system will again charge 10USD at the plan and extend access to paid functionality until June 7th. If you cancel your subscription, say, on May 19th, then on June 7th there will be no automatic charge according to the plan, your account will be switched to the free version on June 7th, as soon as the paid plan expires.

      A subscription to an annual rate is similar, but instead of a monthly term, it is a year.
