      In order for the Viber button can lead to a public account or a bot, you need to change filter of the input field from “Phone” to “Bot” and enter the URI of the public account.

      A link to a community or a group, on your mssg.me page, can only be added as a link to a website.

      • Cyrillic domains cannot be connected
      • Since the domain is connected through a CNAME record, it is recommended that you connect the domain with any subdomain. For example, if you have a mysite.com domain, you can use www.mysite.com or page.mysite.com subdomains to connect to mssg.me, or by specifying any other subdomain that suits you.
      • Also, if you already have a domain on which your main site is currently located, then you can also use an any subdomain, for example, mssg.mysite.com In this case, your site remains on the domain mysite.com, and the page mssg.me is located on the subdomain mssg.mysite.com
      • Connecting own domain is available at all paid tariffs.

      How to connect:

      As soon as the PLUS/PRO subscription will be expired, you will be automatically switched on a FREE account. PLUS/PRO features will be disabled. You will be not charged for the PLUS/PRO plan.

      Note:

      • if you subscribed to the PRO tariff on 09/15/2020 or later, through the paddle payment system, if you cancel your subscription through your mssg.me personal account, access to the functionality of the paid tariff stops immediately after you cancel the subscription. Therefore, if you do not plan to renew your subscription, but want to use the functionality of the PRO tariff before the end of the paid period, we recommend that you cancel your subscription a day before the scheduled charge. If you canceled your subscription by accident, please write to our support team;
      • if you simply stop using the service or delete the application from your device, the subscription will not be canceled, to cancel the subscription you need to follow the steps described above;
      • if there is no “Unsubscribe” button in your personal account, this means that there is no paid subscription on this account
    • Should I pay one-time or monthly?

      Payment is made on a monthly or annual basis. If you subscribed to the PRO or PLUS tariff plan and entered the payment details of your card, every month the system will automatically charge the amount of your PRO or PLUS account from your card. The amount that will be charge from the card for the selected tariff plan can be viewed on the tariff plans page, as well as in your personal account.

      You can cancel subscription at any time in your mssg.me personal account. After unsubscribing, you will not have access to the paid platform features.

      Below is an example of how a subscription is paid in our service and what happens when a subscription is canceled:

      For example, on the 7th of April you subscribed to the monthly PRO plan for 5USD, on that day the system charge the amount of 5USD from your card and provided access to the tariff functionality until May 7th. On May 7, the system will again charge 5USD at the tariff and extend access to paid functionality until June 7th. If you cancel your subscription, say, on May 19th, then on June 7th there will be no automatic write-off according to the tariff, the account will be switched to the free version automatically, but the functionality of the paid tariff can be fully used until June 7th.

      A subscription to an annual rate is similar, but instead of a monthly term, it is a year.

      Note:
