      You can sign up on mssg.me using your email, Google account or Apple ID

      How to sign up using a Google account?

      1. Click on the “Get started” button on the mssg.me website
      2. Click on the “Continue with Google” button
      3. Select the desired account to log in or enter the data from the desired Google account that you want to use to create an account in mssg.me

      In this case, you do not need to set a password for your mssg.me account, you can use your Google account to enter your mssg.me account.

      How to add a new block?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here

      3. Open the “Edit” section
      4. Click on the “+” button located at the bottom of the page
      5. Click on the block you want to add to the website
      6. Fill in the required fields of the block and select options for its display on the website
      7. Click on the “Add” button in the upper right corner of the block editing window

      For most blocks, at the top of the editing window, you can see how the block will look on the website after add it.

      How to edit the added block?

      3. Open the “Edit page” section
      4. Click on the previously added block
      5. Click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of the page
      6. Make changes
      7. Click on the “Add” button in the upper right corner of the block editing window

      How to move blocks on the site?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here

      3. Open the “Edit” section
      4. Hold your finger (or the left mouse button, if you are logged into your personal account on a computer) on the icon with two horizontal lines placed to the right of the block you want to move
      5. Hold and drag the block to change it’s position

      Also for move a block, you can select it by clicking on it, and then using the “Up” and “Down” buttons that located at the bottom of the page, move the block to the desired location.

      How to create a copy of the added block?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here
      2. Click on one of the created sites
      3. Open the “Edit page” section
      4. Click on the previously added block
      5. Click on the “Duplicate” button at the bottom of the page

      Note:

      • if after enter the block editing were made changes to it, then in order to duplicate this block, you must first save the changes, and then reopen the block for editing and duplicate it;
      • you can duplicate a block only within one site, that is, you cannot duplicate a block to another site

      How to delete a block?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here

      3. Open the “Edit page” section
      4. Click on the previously added block
      5. Click on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the page

    • Products Catalog

      On the site created in mssg.me, you can place a catalog of products/services so that your client can comfortably get acquainted with the products/services you offer and contact you from the product card for ordering. On the site in mssg.me, you can display all products in a list, as well as sort products into different collections.

      Product catalog management

      The catalog of products that can be displayed on the site is managed in the “Products” section for each site separately, to go to this section:

      1. Enter the “My Sites” section in your personal account mssg.me, you can go to this section at the following link https://next.mssg.me/pages
      2. Click on one of the created sites, or create a new one by clicking on the “Create new website” button
      3. Enter the “Products” section
      4. If you have not entered this section of this site before, a window for the initial settings of the products will be displayed. Here you need to select the currency that will be displayed in the product cards, as well as select which messengers will be displayed on the product cards of your site and set contact information for them
      5. After selecting the currency and adding contacts, click on the “Apply” button
        (if necessary, you can always return to setting the currency and contacts later)
      6. Then you can add and edit products and collections, exactly how this is do is described in the instructions below.

      After added products and collections in the “Products” section, the product catalog does not automatically appear on the site, it must be add on the site by using a special block “Products catalog” in the “Edit” section of the site, this will be described in more detail in the instructions below.

      How to add a product to the catalog

      The product can be added to the general category “All products” and then, if necessary, assign the created product to other collections, or you can go to the created collection and add the product within the collection.

      For add a product:

      1. Enter the “My Sites” section in your personal account mssg.me, you can go to this section at the following link https://next.mssg.me/pages
      2. Click on one of the created sites, or create a new one by clicking on the “Create new website” button
      3. Enter the “Products” section
      4. Click on the “Add Product” button to add the product to the general collection “All Products”
        For add a product within the created category, enter to the “Collections” section, click on one of the created categories and then click on the “Add Product” button
      5. Add a photos for the product by clicking on the “Add photos” button (now you can add no more than 6 photos for one product)
      6. Enter the product name in the field “Title”
      7. Set the price in the “Price” field and, if necessary, the discount price in the “Discount price” field (this fields of the product are optional)
        Note: if you want the text “Free” to be displayed as the price of the product, then enter the number 0 in the “Price” field.
      8. Enter a description of the product in the “Description” field (the field is optional)
      9. By default, the product is in the “All products” collection, and is also added to the collection in which it is created, but the product can also be assigned to other created collections and removed from collections:
        – for assign a product to a collection, click on “Add to collections”, then click in the empty circle opposite the desired collection (you can select several), and then click on the cross inside the “Collections” window that opens;
        – for remove a product from a collection, click on the cross next to the desired collection
      10. Click on the “Save” button at the top of the page

      Collections of products. How to create and edit

      For add a collection:

      1. Enter the “My Sites” section in your personal account mssg.me, you can go to this section at the following link https://next.mssg.me/pages
      2. Click on one of the created sites, or create a new one by clicking on the “Create new website” button
      3. Enter the “Products” section
      4. Enter the “Collections” section
      5. Click on the “Add collection” button
      6. Set a collection name
      7. Click on the “Save” button

      Collection editing:

      1. Enter the “My Sites” section in your personal account mssg.me, you can go to this section at the following link https://next.mssg.me/pages
      2. Click on one of the created sites, or create a new one by clicking on the “Create new website” button
      3. Enter the “Products” section
      4. Enter the “Collections” section
      5. Click on one of the required collection
      6. Click on the button with the pencil icon in the upper right corner
      7. Here you can:
        delete a collection by clicking on the button with the urn icon in the upper right corner (deleted only the collection, the products that are added to the collection will not be deleted, the products will lose their link to the deleted collection, but they will be in the general collection “All products” and their can be assigned to a new collection);
        change the name of the collection by changing the text in the input field;
        change which products are inside the collection by clicking on the “Change” button. For add a product to a collection, check the empty circle next to the desired product, and for remove a product from the collection uncheck the box, then click on the cross in the upper left corner
      8. For save the changes, click on the “Apply” button in the upper right corner

      How to add the products catalog block on the site

      1. Enter the “My Sites” section in your personal account mssg.me, you can go to this section at the following link https://next.mssg.me/pages
      2. Click on one of the created sites, or create a new one by clicking on the “Create new website” button
      3. Enter the “Edit” section
      4. Click on the “+” button located at the bottom of the page
      5. Click on the block “Products Catalog”
      6. If you have not added any products yet, click on the “Manage products” button and add the necessary products and collections according to the instructions described above
      7. If the necessary products and collections are added, by clicking on the “Collections visibility” button, you can choose which collections to display through this block and in what order.
      8. Click on the “Add” button

      Note: you can also add several “Products Catalog” blocks to the site and, if necessary, display through this block not all products, but separate collections of products in different places on the site.

    • Where is the current link of my site displayed?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here
      2. Click on one of the created sites
      3. At the top of the page, under the name of the site, displayed the current link to this site

      Click on the link address, you can see how the site is displayed for visitors.

      Click on the “Copy Link” button for copy the website link to the clipboard on your device, after which you can paste it where necessary.

      Click on the “Share” button to share the website link through another application.

    • How to delete a website created in mssg.me?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here
      2. Click on one of the created websites which you want to delete
        Please note: the site which has the inscription “Old page” cannot be deleted separately, this site is deleted only together with the account in mssg.me, but you can change its link and erase all previously added data on it
      3. Open the “Settings” section
      4. Click on the “Delete website” button
      5. Confirm the deletion website by click on the “Delete website” button
    • I have created a page in the old version, can I add new blocks to it that are available in the new version?

      New blocks can be added only for sites that were created in the new version of the service, its cannot be added to the page created in the old version.

    • Publishing a site

      The new created site is not published by default, that is, it is available for editing from the mssg.me personal account, but is hidden for visiting.

      To make the site open to visitors when they click on the link that lead to it:

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here
      2. Click on one of the created sites
      3. In the upper right corner of the page, near to the link that lead to the created site, click on “Publish”

      If necessary, the site can be hidden for visiting, for this:

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here
      2. Click on one of the created sites
      3. Open the “Settings” section
      4. Click on the “Published” button
      5. Click on “Not published”
      6. Click on the “Apply” button
    • How to change the site URL in mssg.me?

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here

    • How to connect my own domain?

      What is a domain?

      Domain is the address of the site by which the site can be found on the Internet.

      By connecting your domain to the site created in mssg.me, you can make the site open not only at the address of the https://mssg.me/username format, but at an address, for example https://www.mydomain.com, in place of www.mydomain.com specifies the name of the domain you are connecting.

      Please note before setting

      • Cyrillic domains cannot be connected
      • Connecting own domain to the site in mssg.me is available at all paid plans except for the “Start” plan
      • If you do not yet have your own domain that you would like to use for site in mssg.me, then you must first buy it at one of the domain name registrars, for example such as godaddy.com, namecheap.comnic.ua and others.
        You only need a domain, hosting is not needed
      • SSL certificate for the domain connected to the site is provided automatically from our side
      • Since our main method of connecting a domain is to connect via a CNAME record, it is recommended that you connect the domain with any subdomain, and then, if necessary, configure a redirect from the main domain to the subdomain connected to the site in mssg.meIf the domain registrar, hosting provider or DNS server, where the DNS records of your domain are configuring, allows you to create a record of the ALIAS type or use the root domain for the CNAME record, then you can connect the root domain through these records, and, if necessary, then set up a redirect from the www subdomain to the root domain connected to mssg.me
      • Also, if you already have a domain on which your main site is currently located, then you can also use an any subdomain, for example, mssg.example.com In this case, your site remains on the domain example.com, and the site in mssg.me is located on the subdomain mssg.example.com

      Connection via CNAME record (main method)

      4. Open the “Domain” section
      5. For use a subdomain of the main domain – in the “Domain” field, enter the domain name in the format subdomain.domain.com

        For example:
        domain example.com with subdomain www needs to be entered like this www.example.com

        To use the root domain – enter it in the “Domain” field.
      6. On the side of your domain registrar, hosting provider or DNS server, depending on where config the DNS records of your domain, go to the domain DNS records management section and create a CNAME record, where:

        – write the subdomain selected to connect to mssg.me as the name, or the @ symbol if you are configuring the connection for the root domain;

        – as the host alias (canonical name) enter page.mssg.me. (with a dot at the end)
        Please note: if you connect a domain that is located in the .KZ zone (for example, www.domain.kz), then enter kzpage.mssg.me. (with a dot at the end) as the host alias (canonical name)

        If you have other records of type A, AAAA or CNAME with a name connected to mssg.me, delete them.

        Example:
        – if you connect www.example.com to mssg.me, then when creating a CNAME record, you need to write www as the name, and page.mssg.me. (with a dot at the end) – as the host alias (canonical name);

        – if you connect the root domain example.com to mssg.me, then when creating a record of type CNAME or ALIAS, you need to write the @ symbol as the name, and page.mssg.me. (with a dot at the end) – as the host alias (canonical name)
      7. If necessary, on the side of your domain registrar, hosting provider or DNS server, depending on where config the DNS records of your domain, set up a redirect from the root domain to the subdomain connected to mssg.me, or from the used subdomain to the root domain
      8. Your domain will be connected in 3-24hrs after you add correct CNAME record.
      9. Use the connected domain as the URL address for your site in mssg.me

      Connection via A record (additional method)

      1. Open the “My Websites” section in your mssg.me personal account, you can go to this section by clicking here
      2. Click on one of the created sites
      3. Open the “Settings” section
      4. Open the “Domain” section
      5. For use the root domain – enter it in the “Domain” field

        For use a subdomain of the main domain – in the “Domain” field, enter the domain name in the format subdomain.domain.com

        For example:
        domain example.com with subdomain www needs to be entered like this www.example.com 
      6. On the side of your domain registrar, hosting provider or DNS server, depending on where config the DNS records of your domain, go to the domain DNS records management section and create a A record, where:

        – as the host address enter next IP address 195.201.195.53
        Please note: if you connect a domain that is located in the .KZ zone (for example domain.kz), then enter the IP address 185.146.3.138 as the host address

        If you have other records of type A, AAAA or CNAME with a name connected to mssg.me, delete them.

        For example:
        – if you connect the root domain example.com to mssg.me, then when creating a record of type A, you need to write the @ symbol as the name, and 195.201.195.53 as the IP host address

        – if you connect www.example.com to mssg.me, then when creating  A record, you need to write www as the name, and 195.201.195.53 as the IP host address
      7. If necessary, on the side of your domain registrar, hosting provider or DNS server, depending on where config the DNS records of your domain, set up a redirect from the root domain to the subdomain connected to mssg.me, or from the used subdomain to the root domain
      8. Your domain will be connected in 3-24hrs after you add correct A record.
      9. Use the connected domain as the URL address for your site in mssg.me

      How to create a Google Analytics resource and connect it to a site in mssg.me

      1. Login to Google Analytics using the following link
      2. If you have not registered in Google Analytics before, you will need to create an account in a few simple steps by setting the name of the account, selecting the “Website” for analysis and entered the tracked site in mssg.me as the “URL”

      How to create a conversion for a click on instant messengers or a link

      In order for one of the events to be selected as a conversion, such an event must be recorded at least once, so you must first go to your own site as a visitor and play the desired event by clicking the messenger button, link, or fill the form.
      After that, you need to wait 30-60 minutes and proceed to create a conversion.

      Please note:

      • if you simply stop using the service or delete the application from your device, the subscription will not be canceled, to cancel the subscription you need to follow the steps described above.
    • Should I pay one-time or monthly?

      Payment is made on a monthly or annual basis. If you subscribed to any paid plan that is available for subscription now or was available earlier, and entered the payment details of your card, every month the system will automatically charge the amount equal to the cost of the selected paid plan from your card. The amount that will be charge from the card for the selected tariff plan can be viewed on the tariff plans page, as well as in your personal account. Subscription charges are made until the subscription on the account is canceled.

      Below is an example of how a subscription is paid in our service and what happens when a subscription is canceled:

      For example, on the 7th of April you subscribed to the monthly PRO plan for 10USD, on that day the system charge the amount of 10USD from your card and provided access to the plan functionality until May 7th. On May 7, the system will again charge 10USD at the plan and extend access to paid functionality until June 7th. If you cancel your subscription, say, on May 19th, then on June 7th there will be no automatic charge according to the plan, your account will be switched to the free version on June 7th, as soon as the paid plan expires.

      A subscription to an annual rate is similar, but instead of a monthly term, it is a year.

      Not so long ago we had a major update, in which we added the ability to create sites of a new format, with more blocks than before, as well as with new features, and this update became a new version of the service.
      Now, when you enter the personal area of ​​your account in mssg.me, you are taken to the page of the created sites in the new version, where you can start creating a site in a new version or go to editing an already created site in a new version.
      If you need to return to the page created earlier in the old version of the service, you need to log into the account on which it was created, click on the menu button located in the upper right corner, and then click on the “Old version”.

      On the account where the page was previously created in the old version, if necessary, you can switch between the old and the new version of the service.

    • PayPal

      You must have PayPal Business account to be able to connect payment to your website. You can upgrade your standard account to business in your PayPal dashboard.

      1. Go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/ and log in with your PayPal business account credentials
      2. Navigate to the My Apps & Credentials tab and
      3. click on Live button
      4. Click the Create App button in the REST API apps section
      5. Enter your shop name in App Name
      6. Click the Create App button
      7. The App will be created and you will see Client ID on the page.
      8. Copy Client ID key in API CREDENTIALS tab.
      9. Paste this key in Client ID field in mssg.me service.

      Tip: Use Sandbox Client ID to test integration in mssg.me service.

    • Stripe

      1. Sign in for Stripe and provide the necessary details. You will be redirected to your dashboard.
      2. Fill out the Account name field in the Account settings.
      3. Upload an icon and logo in the Branding settings. Choose an accent color for receipts and invoices.
      4. Click on Developers on the top panel.
      5. Navigate to the API keys tab. Copy the publishable key and the secret key.
      6. Paste Publishable and Secret keys into relevant fields in mssg.me service.

      Tip: To make a test payment, use test card numbers.

    • WayForPay

      1. Sign up in WayForPay service and activate your account.
      2. After activation go to Shop settings tab in WayForPay personal cabinet.
      3. Click on Create Shop and choose I am the website owner. Fill in your company information. You will get in the shop settings.
      4. Scroll down to MERCHANT DETAILS card. Copy MERCHANT LOGIN and MERCHANT SECRET KEY.
      5. Copied MERCHANT LOGIN paste into Seller identifier and MERCHANT SECRET KEY into Secret code in mssg.me service.
    • LiqPay

      1. On LiqPay start page enter your phone number (used as login) and wait for SMS with code. Enter that code. You’ll be redirected to personal cabinet.
      2. On main screen click on Settings in control panel on the left.
      3. Choose API option in settings. System will provide you with two keys: public and private. Click on eye icon to see private key. Copy this keys.
      4. Copied keys paste in relevant fields in mssg.me service.
