10. Personal data collected by Users on the Users’ websites

The Service does not process personal data collected by the User on its websites, and only provides computing power that can be used by the User to collect data, being not a “Controller”, but a “Processor” (according to the terminology defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

The data collected on the User’s website is stored in the Personal account of the service. The user can independently delete the received data.

Responsibility of the User in the event that the User processes personal data of third parties, the User is solely responsible for compliance with appropriate measures to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other laws and regulations, including part of obtaining the appropriate permissions, posting the necessary documents and information on the User’s Website.

The Service is not authorized to provide legal advice to Users, however, it recommends that Users who process personal data post a user agreement, a privacy policy on the site and add links to these documents in the data collection form.
